HOW TO ORDER?

  1. First, you need to choose the desired product and the appropriate size.
  2. Click on “Add to cart” and the product will be automatically placed in your shopping cart.
  3. If you want to continue shopping click on the “Continue shopping” button and you can then choose another product. The product you have initially chosen will remain in your cart.
  4. The contents of your basket will be displayed and you will be able to change the number of pieces added or remove a product from your basket should you wish to do so.
  5. You will also be able to see the total amount due for the goods you wish to purchase.
  6. Click “Continue” to begin the order completion process.
  7. Fill in the order form with all the necessary information. We recommend that you double check your data and order details, especially the required fields. If everything is correct, select the payment method and click on “Place Order”.
  8. If the order has been placed correctly, after a few seconds you will receive an email confirmation.
  9. If you encounter any issues while placing your order, do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

WHAT ARE MIJOUX.EU’S JEWELLERY MADE OF?

All Mijoux products are handcrafted entirely out of 14 karat gold. The colour of gold and other materials are specified in the description of each product. Because we use nothing else but gold, you will be able to enjoy your jewellery as chic and as brilliant as you purchased it for many years. Additionally, as gold tends to appreciate each year, your pieces will retain their value.

CAN I SHOWER WITH MY MIJOUX JEWELLERY? WILL SALT WATER RUIN THEM?

As all our products are made of 14k gold, water and/or salt water will never damage, deteriorate or fade the colour of your purchases. However, as the pieces are fine and delicate, for optimal maintenance, we nonetheless recommend avoiding taking showers, dives or sleeping with your jewellery on which may cause breaking them.

HOW TO BEST TAKE CARE OF MY MIJOUX JEWELLERY?

We recommend storing your jewellery individually to avoid tangling. Additionally, avoid applying perfume, creams and oils directly on your jewellery and if feasible, try not to work out while wearing the pieces as it may damage them.

HOW CAN I RETURN A MIJOUX PRODUCT?

Complaints should be resolved within 30 days. The goods are covered by a 24-month warranty according to the law in force. If you are not satisfied, you can return the products free of charge within 14 days of products arrival and you can change them in 30 days. The products must be returned according to our terms and conditions, in the original packaging.

Please return the goods together with a copy of the invoice, accompanied by the return form, which can be found here. Please note that the return / exchange transport fees will be paid by the customer. Important: before returning the package, please contact us by phone or email.

DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY AND WARRANTY?

Yes. GCONF Comercial SRL (Mijoux) is authorized by A.N.P.C. (Romanian National Authority for Consumer Portection) to work with and sell metals and precious metals. This authorization certifies the authenticity and warranty of the products.

For the moment, we only accept credit & debit card payments.

 

Delivery:

HOW WILL MY PRODUCTS DELIVERED?

All products purchased online are delivered in the European Union countries via the DHL On Demand Delivery courier service. You will receive relevant information via email and text message (if applicable) from the currier once the order has been placed. You will additionally be able to modify the delivery date and time of your order on the DHL ODD platform. All information related to the delivery will be provided by the courier.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES AND VAT FOR MY ORDER?

As all our products are shipped from Romania, a EU member country, no import taxes or additional VAT will be incurred.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

DHL ODD delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days from the shipment date. The goods will be delivered only during working days. To track your order on the DHL ODD platform, we will provide you with your unique tracking number.

 

IS SHIPPING COMPLIMENTARY?

The ordered goods will be sent exclusively through the DHL courier. The costs of shipping will depend on the value of your order. For an order of over 100 EUR, shipping is FREE. For orders of less than 100 EUR, shipping costs 20 EUR within the EU.

IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT, WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

As sad as we are to hear that you do not love your Mijoux piece, we absolutely accept free of charge returns with complimentary shipping. Feel free to drop us a line and let us know how we could improve!

 

IF A PRODUCT IS CHANGED, IS SHIPPING FREE?

In the of case change / modification of a product, the transport costs will be fully covered by us.
